A SMALL VICTORY IN A BIG FIGHT: LILIIA COMPLETES HER FIFTH ROUND OF CHEMOTHERAPY
As part of Liliia Lysenko’s treatment, we purchased and delivered the necessary medications — Valtrex, Biseptol, Kangavites, Nystatin, and Primolut-Nor — for a total amount of 7,143 UAH.
Liliia is a 13-year-old girl from the Sumy region. Since April, she has been undergoing treatment at Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv and has recently completed her fifth round of chemotherapy.
Despite the difficult road, Liliia is bravely fighting a serious illness — anaplastic large-cell ALK-positive lymphoma, stage IV.
A small but incredibly meaningful moment happened recently: for the first time in a long while, Liliia was allowed to go home for the weekend. She travelled back to the Sumy region with her mother, where her younger brother, grandmother, and grandfather were waiting for her. She was absolutely overjoyed!
