MEDICATIONS FOR VERONIKA VOLKOVA

Last week, we purchased and delivered medications worth 4,672 UAH for Veronika Volkova’s treatment. Specifically, the following medications were provided: Hialera, Biseptol, Calcium-D3 Nycomed, and Nystatin 500,000.

Date of birth: October 27, 2013
Diagnosis: Malignant histiocytosis from Langerhans cells with multisystem involvement (oncology).

Veronika is 11 years old. In early 2023, her family received the devastating diagnosis and immediately began intensive treatment. Their efforts paid off, and she reached remission. Unfortunately, an early relapse occurred — the disease returned. In February 2024, treatment had to be resumed.

After 12 weeks of intensive therapy, Veronika transitioned to maintenance chemotherapy, which, according to protocol, will continue for over a year.

Doctors say that while the disease is rare, it is curable. Currently, Veronika is undergoing three types of chemotherapy and takes necessary daily medications to support her body and fight the illness.

Since 2012, we have been supporting public hospitals and providing children with essential medications to combat cancer.
